Good to know
A Small Website is usually live within a week. Larger projects depend on how fast we get your content and feedback, but we'll give you a clear timeline before we start — and we hold ourselves to it.
Your content and domain are always yours. While you're on an active care plan, we handle hosting, updates, and support for you. If you ever cancel the plan, we'll hand over your files — moving to your own hosting is on you at that point, but nothing is held hostage. If you'd rather own everything from day one with no monthly at all, the Complete Ownership Website does exactly that.
It's a large website — the same five-to-eight page build as our Large Website — bought outright for $4,750 USD, paid once. There is no care plan and no monthly fee. We hand over every file and walk you through hosting and editing it, plus 30 days of handover support.
In exchange, hosting, security, updates, and every future edit become yours to handle. It suits businesses with someone technical in-house; for everyone else a monthly plan is usually the better deal, and we'll say so.
You do, directly to Meta. Your ad budget goes straight from your card to Meta at cost — we never hold it and never mark it up.
Our monthly fee covers the management: strategy, campaign build, targeting, testing, optimisation, and reporting. The ad account, the pixel, and the audience data stay in your name, during and after.
Yes. Meta Ads Basic Management runs ads using photos, video, and product shots you already have — most businesses have more usable material on their phone than they think. We handle the ad copy, the layout, and the targeting.
If you have nothing usable at all, tell us before you sign up. We'll say so honestly rather than take the fee.
A store means your products listed on the site with secure card checkout through Stripe — the same system this site runs on. You get paid straight into your own Stripe account, and we set up the products, the checkout, and the confirmation emails. It suits a business selling a manageable range of products rather than hundreds of variants.
A booking flow means customers pick a time and it lands in your calendar, through a scheduling tool connected to the site, plus a request form for anything that needs a conversation first.
If you need warehouse-scale inventory or complex availability across multiple staff, tell us up front — we'll scope it as a Customized Build rather than pretend the standard tier covers it.
Two ways. If a plan already fits, hit Get started and pay by card — your first payment covers the build and your first month, then the care plan bills monthly through Stripe until you cancel. If the scope is custom, or you want the Complete Ownership Website, request an appraisal instead: we send a plain, itemized quote first, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Use the Manage my plan link in the footer — it opens your secure Stripe portal where you can update your card or cancel anytime. Canceling stops future billing; see "Do I own the website" for how handover works.
Websites are what we do, and we do the whole job — design, build, launch, hosting, and every change after. We'd rather be genuinely good at one thing than spread thin across five.
If you need something adjacent — a domain sorted out, a second opinion on someone else's quote — just ask. We'll tell you straight.
Most people aren't, and that's fine. Reach out and tell us about the business. We'll ask a few questions and point you to the smallest thing that actually solves your problem — even if that's less than you expected to spend.
Not at all — we work with small businesses everywhere. Planning, design, and approvals all happen online, so distance is never the holdup. We're proudly rooted in Bucks County, PA, but that's just where we started.
Absolutely. Plenty of our work is fixing, refreshing, or completely rebuilding sites that aren't pulling their weight. Send us the link and we'll tell you honestly whether it needs a tune-up or a fresh start.
Enough to get it right. We build in review points along the way so nothing goes live until you're happy with it. We're not the type to nickel-and-dime you over a font change.
We walk you through the whole "going live" step — see the Going Live section for how it works. In short: we register your domain (billed directly by the registrar, so it stays in your name) and publish the site on hosting that's covered by your monthly care plan.
