Who we are
Chimera Digital Services is a sole proprietorship operated by Isiah Brown in Perkasie, Pennsylvania, United States. Where this policy says "we" or "us," it means that business.

What we collect, and when
We only collect what you hand us or what the site needs to function. There is no hidden profiling here.
- When you fill in the contact form: your name, how you'd like to be reached, the email address or phone number you give us, which services you're interested in, what you want on your site, and anything you type in the message box.
- When you buy something: your name, email, billing address, and phone number, collected by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles the card and tells us only that a payment succeeded.
- When you simply visit: anonymous usage data through Google Analytics — pages viewed, roughly how long, rough region, and which site you arrived from.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to tell one visit apart from another. We use it to see which pages people actually read and where they drop off. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell any of it.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site breaks if you do.
Advertising measurement
This site uses the Meta Pixel, which tells us when someone who arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad goes on to contact us. That's how we know whether advertising is worth the money rather than guessing.
It records the pages you view and whether you submitted the contact form, and shares that with Meta. It does not send Meta the contents of your message. You can control how Meta uses this in your Meta ad preferences, and blocking cookies stops it entirely.
Spam protection
Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA so bots can't flood it. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.
Who else touches your data
We don't sell your information, rent it, or trade it. Ever. A small number of services handle it because the site could not run otherwise:
- Netlify — hosts the site and receives contact form submissions.
- Stripe — processes payments and stores billing details.
- Google — Analytics and reCAPTCHA.
- Meta — advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel.
Each has its own privacy policy, and each is a well-established provider. We may also disclose information if the law actually requires it.
How we use it
To reply to you, to quote work, to deliver and support what you bought, to take payment, and to understand which parts of the site are working. That's the whole list.
We will not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form. If we ever start a newsletter, you'll have to ask for it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there's a reasonable chance of doing business together, and for a short period after. Client records are kept while you're a client, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data expires on Google's schedule.
Your choices
Email us and you can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it, and we won't make you jump through hoops. The only exception is records we're legally required to keep, like payment history for tax purposes.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Payment card data never reaches our systems — Stripe handles it end to end. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It isn't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant and affects existing clients, we'll email you rather than quietly editing the page.
